Start at Rhyd Ddu car park LL54 6TN

Cross the road and join the Lôn Gwyrfai trail towards Beddgelert.

Follow the trail across the moorland. It will veer left around a cottage and over a wide footbridge.

At the fork, take the right-hand path which will bring you to a road and layby.

Turn left and follow the path towards the hills ahead, avoiding the steep uphill path of the Nantlle Ridge.

Continue on the path as it contours along the hillside towards the forestry.

Follow the forestry tracks and keep an eye out for signposts directing you to Llyn Llywelyn.

This walk is about 12 km and should take around 4 hours. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and have a great hike! 🌲🏞️
