Located in the charming village of Betws-y-Coed, within the heart of Eryri National Park, Pont-y-Pair Bridge is a historic and picturesque landmark that captivates visitors with its beauty and rich history. Built around 1500, this medieval packhorse bridge spans the Afon Llugwy river and is surrounded by the enchanting Gwydir Forest

The nearest car park to the Pont-y-Pair Bridge is the Pont-y-Pair Car Park. The postcode for this car park is LL24 0BW1.

To get to the bridge from the car park:

  1. Exit the car park and head towards the main road (A5).

  2. Turn left onto the A5 and walk for a short distance.

  3. Cross the road carefully, and you will see the bridge just ahead.
